Villa Pounente is a beautiful stone villa built in the quiet area of Agios Sostis, just 20 meters from the scenic beach. This family-run villa is surrounded by olive groves offering privacy and a green natural environment, ideal for relaxing holidays. It consists of three independent apartments suitable for couples, groups of friends and families with children. Well kept lawns, outdoor BBQ facilities and private parking are a few of the villas perks. If you are looking for laid back holidays in a secluded and traditional vacation home with the beach just minutes away, the Villa Pounente is the ideal destination for you! The accommodation is divided into three blocks which have a selection of rooms, self catering studios and apartments all set in a tranquil setting with beautiful gardens and a safe play area for children. Each features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, an open plan kitchen and living room area with a sofa bed suitable for 2 people, kitchenette, refrigerator, all necessary kitchen utensils and two furnished balconies, one in the front and another in the back of the apartment overlooking the garden and the surrounding olive groves. Each apartment can accommodate 2-4 people.
