Perla Luxury Beach Villa on Zakynthos island: A luxurious villa built next to the sea, viewing the endless blue sea. Perla Beach Villa is especially designed to offer magnificent summer moments and the vacation of a lifetime. We have built a villa of high standards with the thought to provide to our guests the sense of privacy, considering the need for relaxation. Perla Beach Villa is the excellent choice for those who seek both a luxurious accommodation and a quiet place of heavenly beauty to relax. Perla Beach Villa is located on the edge of the waves where the sky gently touches the Ionian Sea, giving you the chance to view a colourful sunrise, like a pearl that shines beneath the light of the sun. Elegance, luxury, modern design, traditional architecture, stone and glass coloured like pearls compose Perla Beach Villa combining perfectly the tradition with the contemporary style just for our guests. The Perla Beach Villa is 300 square meters big with the capacity to accommodate up to ten persons. The interior is inspired by the beauty of the Zakynhtian island. The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor together with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a cosy living room, a fireplace and a colourful garden where BBQ facilities are found. Perla Beach Villa provides central heating and cooling system individually controlled in every room. Also, at the same floor the one of the five luxurious bedrooms with private bathroom is situated. On the ground floor you will find three more bedrooms each having its private bathroom too. All the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, a separate veranda and access to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is built next to the Perla Beach Villa equipped with cooking facilities, a double bed, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, in order to provide this way more privacy.

The golden, sandy beach beneath the villa is always there calling you to the crystal clear blue. Perla Villa is located at Ambula beach, in the area of Tragaki, a quiet coastal town of eastern Zakynthos. Discover “Vardiola”, in the distance of about 3 km in Kypseli. Vardiola used to be one of the watchtowers that Venetians built to be protected from the pirates. Hiking or cycling among the green olive trees is an activity suggested for the nature lovers. Moreover, you can taste fine traditional dishes of Zakynhtian and Greek cuisine cooked with pure ingredients as well as fresh fish day and night in the restaurant “Ladofanaro on the Beach”, just a short walk away from the villa. Furthermore, in the distance of about 1 km from Perla Beach Villa you can visit the resort of Tsilivi where you can find a shopping center with super-markets and numerous shops, just within a 5-minute-drive from the villa. Moreover, you can meet the nightlife of Zante Island, enjoy a dinner at a premium restaurant or a dance at a bar or club. Tsilivi beach is perfect for children as the sea water is warm and shallow, while the long sandy beach is ideal to built the sandcastle of your dreams. The more adventurous can either have a go on the water sports available there or the water park. Along the beach road there are bars open from early in the morning till late at night serving coffee, drinks and snacks. Perla Private Pool Villa stands 13 km away from Zakynthos International Airport and 8 km from “Chora”, Zakynthos’ capital town and the harbor of the island. Perla Villa is also close to many points of interest and sights, so you can easily visit the most famous landmarks of historical or natural significance.

There are no words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for our hosts Tasos, Kakya, and the amazing crew that makes Perla Villa what it is - absolutely perfect. My family and I arrived at the villa for a weeklong vacation in celebration of my mom's 70's birthday. Each of us had a comfortable suite with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the gorgeous back yard, pool, and the stunning turquoise water of the beach. The villa is located perfectly on the island, in a quiet area just 15 minutes away from the main town by car, and conveniently near a few good restaurants. The direct beach access from the house made all the difference; no other house we saw on the island had that feature, and for beach bums like my sister and I - this was the dream. The house came fully equipped with everything we needed, and anything extra was very lovingly provided to us as well. We received a rich breakfast every morning, prepared by the lovely Joanna, who also cleaned the house every single day so thoroughly, including doing the laundry and changing our sheets! Tasos truly attended to our every need, and checked in often to make sure that each of us was happy. By the end of the week - we were all like one big family. We will definitely return to Perla Beach Villa - the sooner the better!

The villa, the views, the beach, the amazing service by Joanna who cooked us breakfast every morning and catered for the children with fresh croissiants and pancakes everyday, Tasos for arranging a brilliant private boat experiance to the blue cave and shipwreck... there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this holiday. We all had an amazing time and are definately going back! Thank you Tasos and Kakia for catering to our every need especially for setting up my gym area so I could watch the sunrise every morning, and watch the children swimming and on the beach at the same time, unforgettable experience;) Thank you Joanna for simply being amazing, we all miss you xxx

A perfect villa for a chilled family holiday - lovely villa right on the beach with good sun and shady spots and plenty of terraces for privacy. Johanna is the star of the show - ever smiling and efficient and her morning breakfasts on the terrace a treat. Tasos organised the best boat trip to swim with turtles and we all came home refreshed and relaxed - thank you!
