Lilas' Guesthouse is located in Ermoupolis the capital of Syros island, at a very short distance to the the port and the centre of the city. It is a stone mansion built in the 19th century, which used to house once the French Consulate. It was completely renovated in 2003 with great care and taste, in order to keep all its original characteristics. This unique sea view suite 55sqm features a split level arrangement, with a cosy twin bedroom on the mezzanine and the master bedroom with a double bed and an ample living area with two sofa beds, and a dining table on the main floor. Within the separate living area of the suite, you will find a kitchenette with a sink, cupboards, small fridge, coffee machine, kettle, plates, pots, cutlery, making it the perfect home away from home. Complimentary bottled water is provided. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 persons. It is perfect for groups of friends, or extended family or couples travelling together. Lila Guesthouse is situated a few blocks away from the seafront, in a quiet part of Ermoupolis, the capital of Syros. The impressive main square of the town is at easy walking distance. Vaporia, the town’s ‘Little Venice’, is just 5 minutes walk and it’s a beautiful place for swimming. To go to the beaches outside Ermoupolis, you need some sort of transport. Public transport is good: busses that leave every half hour and the bus stop is only five minutes on foot. Taking Lila Guesthouse as a starting point, you can get to know Syros Island very well and easy. Visit the wonderful town of Ermoupolis with its unique neoclassical buildings, just a few steps away. See the traditional villages and have a swim at one of the wonderful beaches around.
