Nestling in the northernmost part of Santorini, at the heart of picturesque Oia, the Armeni Luxury Villas complex comprises three luxury villas that afford spectacular views of the volcano, the caldera, and the sea. Oia, famous for being the best place to admire the legendary Santorini sunset, is one of the most scenic traditional settlements on the island, a place where history and the modern world go hand in hand. The villas are situated at about 180 m from the Naval Maritime Museum of Oia, 17 km from the Santorini Airport (JTR), 23 km from “Ormos Athinios”, the main port of the island, and 11 km from the lively capital town, Fira.

The villa was amazing. It was clean, spacious and in the perfect location. It was so close to everything yet still managed to be quiet and private. Veronica was a great host. She made sure we were also comfortable and made sure everything (transfers, baggage assistance, excursions) were taken care of. Can't say enough good things about this property! Would recommend to anyone.

On the cliffside of Santorini beautiful views of the sea. Accommodations very nice with great service by the staff. No direct sunset views but very close and for the money you cannot beat it as it's very close to everything. Great place!

The view was amazing. And of course the kindness of the owner. She is adding so much value to the property with her kind words and service. She did help with my personal stuff as well like moving to my next villa on the next day. Actually she arranged the taxi , porter and also she called the other place and informed my arrival time and etc. we had our lil engagement at this villa and it’s a special place to us anyway. We will surely come next time as well.
