Prasonisi Villas are three detached luxury private villas, which are located in the most beautiful part of Rhodes, the unspoiled countryside of Prasonisi! Located only 5 minutes from the beach and just a few steps from the lovely traditional village of Kattavia, they offer a private swimming pool, secure parking, barbecue and luxurious rooms. These are eco-friendly villas, decorated with natural stone. Our luxury villas, Villa Romeo, Villa Juliette and Villa Panormitis, are closer than any other villa to the amazing and famous beach of Prasonisi! They are only 5 minutes far from this sandy paradise! Situated in the South of Rhodes, many of the loveliest Greek Villages are in the area such as Lachania, and Kattavia.Prasonisi Villas benefit from a peaceful, tranquil environment. Moreover, the beautiful beach of Apolakkia is just 3 minutes driving from the villas, and the sandy beach of Plimmiri 8 km away. For big groups or families, up to 13 people, there's the option to book both of two neighboring villas, depending on the availability. The beauty of the surrounding countryside and the proximity of Prasonisi beach make these villas a great environment for both groups of friends or families to enjoy a relaxing time together. Villa Panormitis is our newest villa, built in 2018. It's our new small treasure.It features a big private swimming pool of 40 sq.m. and a great view to the countryside. Having three modern and luxurious bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, it offers to its guests absolute privacy! Villa Panormitis has two connected buildings, with a totally living area of 60 sq.m. and 200 sq.m. terrace: the main building (45 sq.m.) has one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom and a single space with living room and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main building there's a seperate external bedroom (15 sq.m.) with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a great facility which allows to the members of a family or to a group of friends to have their own privacy! The interior of the villa is decorated in a simple and luxurious way, while the beds have top quality mattresses and pillows. The swimming pool... is the diamond of the villa! Featuring a perimetric overflow, it has a great view to the garden, to the countryside and to the private church of Archangel Michael (Panormitis). It's depth varies from 1,50 m to 1,75 m., enough both for dives and swimming. The terrace has also sunbeds, table/chairs and pergola. The name of the villa comes from the local name of Archangel Michael, "Panormitis" there's a monastery of Panormitis is Simi island, which you could visit in a day-trip.

Our Villas are located only 5 minutes from the beach of Prasonisi and just a few steps from the lovely traditional village of Kattavia. Also they are closer than any other villa to the amazing sandy beach of Prasonisi, famous for wind surfing and kite surfing! They are only 5 minutes far from this golden sand’s paradise! Moreover, the beautiful beach of Apolakkia is just 3 minutes driving from the villas, and the lovely beach of Plimmiri 9 km away. The traditional village of Kattavia, where you can find grocery store and restaurants, is just a few steps away.

We arrived very late but the owners were there to greet us and give us the keys and go through the rules, all very friendly and professional. Even bought some breakfast for us so we wouldn't have to go Shopping early the next day. Villas are very clean and modern, excellent WIFI, showers are the best I have ever seen, even a smart TV.... Pool was very Refreshing and it was great to wake up in the morning and walk out into fantastic sun and just have a coffee and look at the Beautiful Country side. We felt very safe and secure, Kattavia Village is very typical Greek, quite small and has two Little Shops to buy the basics, four restuarants and my tip is Eftihia, fantastic Family run place, Mum Eftihia and son do the cooking and the other son Thodris is the host ( Hi Thodoris ), seriously good food and a free Dessert every time plus OUZO :) There are some great beaches around but a car is needed, St Pauls Bay at Lindos was our favourite we spent several days just lounging around the pools which were just as good as any beach. There are bigger Food markets just a short drive away but we found the best one was Proton near Lindos. To our owners Stamatis and his Beautiful wife Chrysa we want to say a big thank you, you are a fantastic couple, very professional and very friendly, you have designed and maintained 3 beautifull Villas and that is a mark of your character, superb and Keep it up. We had a nice welcome by the owners who showed us the property, gave tips and handed over the keys. During our stay we got very good tips on which local restaurants to visit. This saved us a lot of time as our visit was off-season and not all places had opened up yet. Although the villa is a 1.5 hour ride from the airport it is worth the trip as the surrounding landscape is untouched and very calm.

It was really pleasured to stay at Prosonisi villa, we are extremely satisfied of that 10 days in here. There wasn’t any problems and we had everything what we needed. After some time will be back for sure.
