On the ground, sea level, the property features a very spacious living room of 40 m2 that flows into the large fully equipped kitchen and the comfortable dining area (40 m2). The impressive ground level veranda of 125 m2 has its own private plunge pool and the upscale S.A.N.D. Collection sea views. The wide Master bedroom of the ground level (30 m2) which has a build-in comfortable to sleep sofa of 0.9x2.8, is serene, with a mattress designed for a unique sleeping experience and a zen feel ensuite bathroom. On the same floor, S.A.N.D Villa 4 features one double bedroom (22 m2) with private bathroom and one guest bathroom. On the lower ground level, S.A.N.D Villa 4 displays one large bedroom with one double bed (14 m2) and private bathroom, one bedroom (9 m2) with a single bed and also a private bathroom. The S.A.N.D Villa 4 lower ground level living room (24 m2) has a 1.20x2.40 size sofa/bed and can be convert the living room into a bedroom by closing the soundproof door. This unique, versatile space has own private ensuite bathroom. A fully equipped kitchenette and a romantic open-air veranda can host memorable experiences. The lower ground level of 37 m2 S.A.N.D Villa 4 features a wooden sauna for two persons, ping pong table and home theatre with 65-inch TV and comfortable lounge poufs.

Amazing location, the view from the house is breathtaking especially during sunset and you can literally relax there all day long...the thing I like most is that you can walk to one of my fav sandbeaches in Paros.
