Villa Marina Mare is a brand-new villa built in the famous area of Agia Marina bringing style and comfort to its guests. Thanks to its unique location, the villa offers easy access to the beach and to the stores of the area whilst the neighborhood is quiet. You can enjoy the sea view and the sunrise from the beautiful yard and balconies. The elegant villa is built on three levels and can host 8 guests. At the upper level, there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. All rooms have amazing panoramic view of the area due to the large windows. On the ground level, there is a sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area for 8 guests, an open plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances, the master bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. All areas have direct access to the big yard with the swimming pool. On the same level and near the pool there is a separate dining and relaxing area. At the lower level, there is a bathroom and the last bedroom with two coco mat sofas which is designed able to be used as a bed. A well-organized kitchen is located also in the lower floor. In this level, you will find spa services, there is a hamam and a sauna. All areas inside have air-conditioning. The outdoor place offers a private swimming pool which is heated without any extra cost, shaded place with outdoor furniture where you can relax, enjoy your meals and gaze at the ocean. On the back of the house there is a BBQ. Secure parking is located in the front of the house. Linen and bath towel change twice a week. The house provides you with all the necessary amenities and equipment in order to enjoy your vacation with luxury and easy. We will take care of all the details of your holiday 7 days a week responsible for your day to day needs making recommendations and reservations, and always holding the line in case any problems arise and to organize anything you may require and arrange any details, from special dietary requirements to particular requests. Our aim is to offer you an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful Greek islands!

The villa was perfect! Steps away from the beach and loads of great restaurants, and it was perfect for our group of 7. There’s a great pool and lots of nice tanning chairs on the property, and the ability to dine or simply hang out al fresco was a brilliant touch! Eleni and Angela were easy to get a hold of and did everything they could to ensure our stay was relaxed and pleasant. We’ll most definitely stay here again when looking to spend time in Agia Marina!

Our stay at the superior villa Marina Mare was wonderful! We highly reccomend this place - 5 stars! We spent a week there together - 6 adults and 3 tiny children. The place is new and very clean, houskeeping every Wednesday. The house and surroundings is very well equipped, especially for children. We asked about baby cots before we came over to Crete and not only our request was fulfilled but also it came with brand new toys, highchair, 3 rocking-chairs and beddings for baby cots. We were amazed by such a great welcoming for our babies! There is everything you need to spend holidays without any concerns. It is possible to order delicious food with delivery from a nearby restaurant Poseidon. The full menu can be found at home. The pool is big and stunning, the water is heated by special panels on the roof, our children did not want to leave the water even for lunch! The house is located in a quiet area, very close to the sea. The advantage of the location is also closeness to a well-equipped supermarket - fresh meat and vegetables on the grill available every day which is good news because the house contains a wonderful patio with a large garden grill. It is a perfect place to spend evenings with friends. Very good car rental is located 3 minutes walk from the house (without problems we rented a 9 passenger bus). The owner - Mrs Eleni - is extremely caring - we found welcome gifts on the table, a basket with fresh fruits, snacks and beverages in the fridge and also souvenirs for our families. This was way beyond our expectations! Elena and her husband Leftheris were available all the time you need them - we could call them any time we had questions. A large THANK YOU for your hospitality!!! Keep up with great quality you delivered to us and we would love to be back in the future! :)
