Completely renovated in a way that reflects and honours the past of the mansion overlooking pristine region of mountains and the sea in the western part of Crete, it mixes contemporary design amenities, antique pieces of furniture of high value (hand-crafted), stone walls and arches, wooden ceiling beams in the most modern safety and manufacturing standards. It accommodates 7 people offering well-furnished rooms with total privacy and magical views. A sense of old-school luxury hits you as soon as you step through the doorway. The villa is built amphitheatrically on the top of the cliff of a little village since 1870. The owners managed to keep the traces of the last century alive, but there is sprightly lightness about the new look that counted the most. Enjoy your breakfast and light snacks in the al fresco area of the poolside terrace, take a relaxing dive in the pool and unwind under the arms of the White Mountains. Important Notice: This property would not be suitable for children under 10 years old. Heated pool is available for 40 Euros per day.

Liodosifis Villa is located in the broader rural area of Apokoronas, at the foot of the White Mountains, near Chania (km) and proximity to the busy beach resorts of Kalyves, Almyrida, Giorgioupolis and Kavros. Short walking distance from the centre of the village of Paidochori. The region is one of the greenest of the island that cools off the heat of the summer, while Kournas lake is the only natural freshwater lake of Crete that consists one of the most beautiful naturalistic destinations in Crete. Vamos and Vrysses still preserve the traditional way of life in the shade of the giant plane trees. Sfakia in the south-eastern part is an interesting combination of the mountainous and sea landscapes that worth to visit.

First thanks to Mrs. Sofia for this perfect holiday experience! It was awesome. We felt comfortable and welcomed right from the beginning where we‘ve been greeted with a home cooked meal. The house is perfect and very, very tasteful! You will find everything you might need or want. The view is spectacular and the infinity pool is a dream! We needed the pool heating as it was end of October. It worked that good, so we used the pool even late at night. The beds are comfy. I can go on and on, but in the end there is only one thing to say: Rent it if you have the chance to do so and you will be very satisfied! Promise!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen Gäste in diesem fast unbeschreiblich schönen Haus, soviel Liebe zm Detail in der Ausstattung, eine Top Gastgeberin die einen absolut top Job verrichtet, die Lage am Berghang über dem Tal voller Olivenbäume mit Blick bis zu Meer, ein Infinity Pool mit Jaccuzi, 3 unterschiedliche Terrassen auf 3 Ebenen, bequeme Betten und alles tiptop sauberdsfür gibt es volle 5 ***** Sterne. Ein top Objekt mit Top Ausstattung in top Lage mit einee Top Gastgeberin.

We had an absolutely magical time at Liodosifis mansion. We must have mentioned to each other at least a 100 times during our week there how incredible it was. Everything from the many little details in the construction of the house and the choice of furniture and decorations to the breathtaking views from the pool, the roof and the outdoor dining area was just perfect. You can really tell that it is made and presented with love and care. Probably the most beautiful house any of us had stayed in. Sofia was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed the whole stay. Will recommend this to anyone going to Crete!
