BEACH FRONT villas KATRIN, PERI & MARY is located in the district of Gouves on the seafront, just 30 meters from the beach. The villas are very comfortable in all respects. A quiet, peaceful place to stay, the entire infrastructure of the district within walking distance.Gouves is a popular tourist coastal resort village of Crete with a well-developed infrastructure, located 18 km East of Heraklion. A distinctive feature of Gouves, a magnificent promenade which is lined with many excellent modern taverns, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and cafes with sea views and great beaches. In the evening you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy the sunset. Here mainly attracts families who want to treat themselves to a sea with beautiful beaches, where soft sand and shallow waters. Gouves beaches are well organized (umbrellas / sun beds / showers) lifeguards always looking out for people.For people who love water sports there are diving centers, water sports on the beach etc. On the main street of the resort you will also find supermarkets, shops, souvenir shops, clinic and ATM. Tourists with children will be interested in one of the water parks, located in Crete near Water City and Aqua Plus. Хозяйка виллы, Екатерина, очень приветливый и дружелюбный человек. Практически все наши просьбы и пожелания, она сразу выполняла. Сама вилла находится у самой береговой линии. Таким образом, покупавшись в море с утра, можно легко пообедать дома, ну а дальше уже решать, чем заняться после обеда)) Всё что заявлено в описании виллы - всё присутствует с абсолютной точностью, и даже больше (имеется много пляжного инвентаря, а также детских игр для пляжного отдыха). Практически вся инфраструктура посёлка Гувес, находится в пешей доступности. Одним словом: очень достойный вариант для проживания на Крите!!

Потрясающая вилла на берегу моря! Проживали на вилле 5 взрослых и 3 детей, было очень комфортно и всем хватало места. В реальности на много красивее чем на фото! В шаговой доступности очень много ресторанов и 2 супермаркета. Вилла оборудована всем необходимым, отлично оснащена кухня (микроволновка, посудомоечная машина, кофемашина, блендер, соковыжималка, тостер и очень много посуды, столовых приборов). Много игрушек для детей (круги, нарукавники, маски для плавания, бадминтон, мячи и т.д.). По приезду на виллу нас встретила чудесная девушка Екатерина. Показала нам где находится пункт мед. помощи, супермаркеты, хорошие рестораны. На протяжении всего времени проживания постоянно была на связи и помогала по любым вопросам, в том числе участвовала переводчиком между нами и доктором и организовала нам рыбалку. Такого добродушия и участия в нашем отдыхе мы никогда не встречали ни от одних хозяев где мы бы не проживали в наших путешествиях! При поездке на Крит всегда будем останавливаться только на этой вилле! Катя Спасибо Вам большое за наш прекрасный отдых!

Place to be ! Just 10 meters from the beach ! Everything you need is around !rooms is big very luxury , clean and comfortable Highly recommend!
