Each Villa has its own private pool, garden, ambient living room and two separate bedrooms. In the outdoor area, you can relax under the shady pergola that provides panoramic view of the country side stretching out to the sea, with landscaped private gardens exclusive pools and ambient terraces. The property is 6 minutes walk from the closest beach and the nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 39 km away. Shaped like Poseidon’s trident, Chalkidiki’s prongs just out into the Aegean Sea. Guests will find also long stretches of beautiful ever-changing shoreline, unique archaeological sites, Unesco world- heritage Christian monuments, lesser-known natural wonders and man-made masterpieces have all helped shape the region’s diverse identity, made even more interesting by the rich local culinary and cultural heritage.

Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Alles ist neu, modern und sehr sauber. Alle drei Tage kamen zwei nette Damen, haben das Haus gereinigt, die Betten frisch bezogen und neue Handtücher ausgelegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und hat alles was man braucht. Der eigene Pool war auch toll. Wir haben Abends gerne am beleuchteten Pool auf unserer Terrasse gesessen. Zu erwähnen ist auch auf jeden Fall Stavros, der wirklich immer und jederzeit bei Bedarf für alle Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung stand. Und auch einen ganz lieben Dank an die Mutter, die für das sehr leckere Gastgeschenk verantwortlich war. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber man braucht schon ein Auto. Im Ort gibt es einige gute Restaurants, und ist nicht besonders touristisch.

Wir hatten eine herausragende Woche in einer großartigen Unterkunft in einer wunderschönen Gegend! Merelia Luxury Villas sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise Wert! Die Villen sind ganz neu, super sauber, intelligent gestaltet und modern und hochwertig eingerichtet (es ist alles vorhanden und es wurde an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht!) Der eigene Pool (jede Villa hat einen eigenen) der Blick aufs Meer, die tolle Grill- und Sitzecke und das schöne gepflegte große Grundstück waren einfach nur toll! Merelia Luxury Villas liegen ruhig und idyllisch in Mitten von unzähligen Olivien-Bäumen, der Strand mit einigen Beachbars und das Stadtzentrum von Nea Moudania sind sogar flussläufig zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus sind wir absolut begeistert vom Gastgeber! Neben seinen vielen tollen Tipps (wir haben jeden einzelnen ausprobiert) und seiner Gastfreundschaft hat uns vor allem seine herzliche Art begeistert! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!:) DANKE!

3 neu gebaute Bungalows umgeben von Olivenhainen, auf einem Hügel mit Traumaussicht auf Meer und Landschaft. Sehr ruhig und abseits von Trubel. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll. Es wurde an alle Details gedacht, Waschmaschine,Kaffeemaschine, Kontaktgrill, Gasgrill usw. Ein wunderschöner privater Swimmingpool. Stravros,der Eigentümer hat uns liebevoll umsorgt und war stets für Fragen erreichbar. Wir haben wundervolle 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht und werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.
