The Urban Stripes project is a collection of modern apartments close to the Acropolis, housed in an apartment building or a polykatoikia as it is commonly known in Greece. They are situated in Koukaki, a mostly residential area that was first developed in 60's and 70'™s, now having evolved into Athens most hip location. Urban Stripes brings an air of contemporary, sleek design to the neighborhood, with a strong architectural emphasis on modern minimalism. The Family Maisonette features two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, split across two floors, suitable for families as well as couples travelling together. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a split king bed and a fold up bed, upon request. A fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area and a 43''€ TV completes this apartment's facilities.
