How do I make a reservation?

You may make a reservation by booking online or contacting our reservation hotline number
1-866-943-8179. Once you have carried out an availability and
price check on the villa information page and made your choice you
should then click the Book Online button.

How much deposit do I need to pay?

The deposit required to secure your booking is 20% of the total cost
of your villa.
Will the property I rent be like to ones shown in the pictures?

Yes. You choose the villa you wish to rent for your holiday. The
pictures shown ARE of the actual villas. Due to the villas being
independently owned, certain décor changes may be upgraded prior to
your stay.
What is the difference between an Executive and a Premier home?

Executive villas will have all or one of the following:
- Spa
- Conservation Area
- Extra Televisions & VCR
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?

Your deposit is nonrefundable. Any monies paid over the deposit
amount will be scheduled as per our Booking
Terms & Conditions.
When do I pay the balance?

The balance of your villa rental is due ten weeks before
arrival date. See Booking
Terms & Conditions.
How much Tax is there to pay?

A tax rate of 12% will be added to your balance.
How do I find my holiday villa?

Directions will be sent to you on receipt of your final payment.
Your directions will be either to our manager’s office (to collect
keys) or directly to your holiday villa.
Front door key codes and Gate codes (if applicable) are sent
separately two/three weeks before departure.
What happens if I arrive either early or late?

An early check in or a late check out can be arranged if the home is
available.
An additional charge of $25.00 will be levied before this facility.
What do I need to bring?

All villas advertised are fully furnished with all amenities
including towels and linens.
The majority of villas we advertise do provide at least one
hairdryer, although this cannot be guaranteed.

- Beach Towels (to use at water parks)
- Food
- Toiletries
- Janitorial supplies
- Pool toys
What happens if I cause any damage?
Should any damage beyond normal wear and tear or any theft occur, you
will be charged for replacement/repair. See Booking

Can I smoke in the Villa?

No. All our properties are non-smoking.
You are able to smoke around the pool area. Any guest found in
violation at any time will be asked to leave and all monies paid
will be forfeited.
